Wild Chronicles and Crittercam® join the hunt with a hungry leopard seal
in the icy waters of Antarctica. Razor sharp teeth help make the
leopard seal a top predator in this land of ice floes, and also pose a
dangerous challenge for the Crittercam crew. Watch as a leopard seal
uses stealth and cunning to catch one of her favorite prey: penguins. NOTE: The leopard seal DOES end up snatching one of the penguins (at 06:47). It is not too graphic (no blood or biting), but does show the penguin being carried away by the seal briefly. (07:10)

This music video does not include text on the screen. (03:58)
Some of the lyrics include:
I do my homework, I do my best,
I study hard so I can do well and past my test.
When I go to school, I don't try to act the fool,
I bring my book bag, snacks and all my tools.
Pay attention, listen to what teacher says,
I answer questions, I'm always trying to use my head.
Pen and paper, I brought of my very own,
I'm taking notes, I can study when I go home.
Stay awake, eyes on my teacher man,
Don't stand or speak, before I raise my hand.
Playground, that's where my game is tight,
We play around, but we don't try to start a fight.
Back inside, sitting down at my desk,
I don't hide, 'cause I know, I want to do my best.
Math class, I'm not trying to trick,
I write my problems out, look how I solved it.
Social studies, no worries, I like this class,
As I read, I learn more about my past.
English class, I learn to write right,
I always pass 'cause I practice every night.
Reach the stars, study them in science room,
I'm going far, learning things about the moon.
I love to learn, earth is so very big,
Small bugs, and worms, on little twigs.
Art class is fun, you know I love to draw,
Watch me paint the sun, and my future car.
Gym class, is where I run and stretch,
And when I'm done, I rest, 'cause I did my best.
When I get home, I know just what to do,
I do my homework, no one has to tell me to.
Sweep the kitchen floor, take out the trash,
Wash the dishes, no really has to ask.
Fix my bedroom, its neat every day,
Put all my clothes and shoes away.
I do my hygiene, and I brush my teeth,
I'm like Mr. Clean right before I go to sleep.
Behaving good, and acting nice,
Nobody has to give me orders twice.
I go to sleep, wake up nice and fresh,
'Cause tomorrow, I know I'm going to do my best.

In this video, a Wowzie wants to get ready for bed. Some of the lyrics include "In my dreams I can do anything. In my dreams I can fly into space and go all over the place. Don't make me stay up late". Students learn to brush teeth, wash face, and put pajamas on. The lyrics repeat themselves several times and young learners will enjoy watching this colorful video. This is a great teaching resource for young students and/or special education students. This video would work well in conjunction with a thematic unit on healthy habits and/or daily routines. (2:16)

This is an exceptional video that shows how scientists try to understand what happened at the battle. Sure to hold the students' interest as it shows how the cartridge-casing information in hand, experts were able to place the location of the men, and their weapons, as the Battle of the Little Bighorn. The 9:30 video also shows how they learned that the federal soldiers were very young - ages 16 and 17 - and immigrants from Western Europe. Their teeth and bones tell us something about their lives. At the age of 22, some of them had arthritis - meaning they had led difficult lives.

The corpses were taken to Berlin. Autopsies were done. There were some inconsistencies in the autopsies to Hitler's body. The body was so damaged (burnt before buried) that what the the only way to confirm his death was by examining his teeth. There is some account on Stalin's disbelief that Hitler was dead. There is some retelling of some witnesses of the last days in Hitler's bunker. The remains of the body is said to have been taken to different places.
